If you wish to send the item due to a defect, you can contact us by e-mail.
Under no circumstances should you send the item to us without prior instructions. This slows down and increases costs. In most cases, you will receive instructions and an RMA number that you must quote upon shipment.
Repair usually takes several weeks, depending on the problem. If your defect does not fall within the warranty conditions, you will always receive a statement of the costs in advance.
